See what happens between “I’m interested” and “How do I become a customer?”

The Lead-to-Customer Diagnostic helps founder-led service businesses uncover the gaps slowing down inquiries, follow-up, bookings, and sales — before adding more marketing or more software.

When this becomes useful

You know interest is coming in. You just cannot clearly see what happens to all of it.

You are not short on activity. You are short on visibility — a clear view of what each interested person is actually being asked to move through, and where they stop moving.

This may sound familiar

  • Leads arrive through several channels, but follow-up is inconsistent.
  • Promising conversations depend on manual reminders or memory.
  • People click, inquire, or download — but the next step is unclear.
  • Booking and sales information lives across different tools.
  • Your CRM exists, but the team does not fully trust or use it.
  • You are considering automation without knowing which process should be automated.
  • You cannot confidently explain where leads tend to stall or disappear.
The question is not only How do we get more leads?
It is also What are we asking the current ones to move through?
One journey · six connected areas

We examine the path as a whole — not as a collection of unrelated tools.

01

Messaging

What the right customer understands, expects, and believes the next step will be.

02

Lead capture

How interest becomes identifiable intent through inquiries, forms, assessments, downloads, or applications.

03

Follow-up

How timely, relevant communication continues after the first action — including what needs a person and what can be automated.

04

Booking

How someone schedules, prepares, reschedules, or continues when they are not ready to book immediately.

05

Sales conversion

How a lead receives the right information, reaches a decision, and moves into — or out of — the offer appropriately.

06

CRM and automation

How information, ownership, stages, alerts, and handoffs support the journey behind the scenes.

A practical place to start

How the Diagnostic works

01

Diagnose

You share how leads currently find you, what happens after they show interest, and the systems or manual steps involved. I review the journey and map the current state.

02

Prioritize

I identify the most important conversion, visibility, and handoff gaps — without treating every imperfection as a crisis.

03

Decide

We walk through the findings and the recommended sequence so you can decide what to fix internally, what may need specialist support, and what does not need attention yet.

Detailed participation requirements and final delivery timing will be confirmed before early-access places open.

The output

Clarity you can use — not a list of everything you could possibly improve.

Current-state journey map

A visual account of what currently happens from first interest to customer, including the main channels, tools, decisions, and handoffs — the part of the business nobody has drawn before.

Gap findings

Where opportunities may be slowing, disappearing, or creating unnecessary work.

Prioritized recommendations

Ranked by importance and sequence, separating quick corrections from deeper work.

Focused 30-day plan

A practical starting plan showing what to address first, who should own it, and what progress should look like — so the findings turn into movement rather than a document.

Scope

The Diagnostic is a strategy engagement, not an automatic systems build.

It is designed to tell you what is happening, where the most meaningful gaps are, and what should happen next. Recommendations may involve messaging, customer experience, follow-up, sales process, CRM structure, automation, or team workflow.

Implementation is not assumed to be included. Depending on the findings and fit, you may choose to

Make the recommended changes with your existing team
Use the plan to brief another specialist
Request guided implementation or a separately scoped build from me
Leave lower-priority improvements for later

No tool or automation will be recommended simply because it is available.

Before you join the list

This is a paid strategy engagement, not a free audit or a discovery call.

The Diagnostic is built for businesses that already have interest coming in and are deciding what to fix next. If you are looking for a free review of a page or a quick opinion on a tool, this is not that, and I would rather say so here than on a call.

Final scope, timing, and investment go to the early-access list before any place is offered. You will see the number before you decide anything.

Why I built this

I kept being asked the same question.

For a few years my work was content, campaigns, and funnels. The projects went fine. But the question that kept coming back was never “can you get us more leads?” It was: can you also help us with what happens after this?

That question is harder to answer, because the answer lives across messaging, follow-up, booking, sales, and whatever system is quietly holding it together. Nobody owns all of it, so nobody can see all of it.

The Diagnostic is the version of that answer I wish I could have handed those clients on day one: look at the whole path first, then decide what actually needs to change.

Marketing strategy and systems for founder-led service businesses

Who it is for

Where the Diagnostic fits — and where it does not.

This is likely a good starting point if…

  • You run a founder-led service business.
  • You already generate inquiries or meaningful audience interest.
  • Your offer is established enough for people to consider or buy.
  • You suspect leads are being lost between marketing, follow-up, booking, and sales.
  • You want clearer priorities before investing in a rebuild or more technology.
  • You are willing to share the current process honestly, including the messy parts.

It may be too early if…

  • You do not yet know what you sell or who it is for.
  • There is no meaningful audience activity or inquiry flow to examine yet.
  • You are looking for guaranteed revenue from one quick automation.
  • You only want a software setup with no review of the underlying journey.

That does not mean your business is doing something wrong. It simply means offer validation, audience development, or foundational positioning may need to come first.

Sounds like your business?

Then this is the right moment to get on the list.

Questions

Before you decide

No. It tells me you would like to hear when the first places and final details become available. You can review the scope, timing, and investment before making any decision.
It includes an audit-like review, but it goes further than checking whether individual tools or pages follow best practices. The focus is the full movement from interest to customer: what is happening, how the steps connect, and which gaps are important enough to address first.
No. If you have one, it can be reviewed as part of the journey. If you do not, the Diagnostic can help determine whether a CRM is actually needed now and what job it should perform before you choose one.
Implementation is not automatically included. Some clients may only need the findings and plan. Guided implementation or a scoped systems build may be available separately when the recommendations, timing, and fit are clear.
The final delivery schedule for the first cohort is still being confirmed. You will receive the exact timeline, required inputs, and expectations before you decide whether to take a place.
Access depends on the journey being reviewed. It may include view-only access, walkthroughs, screenshots, sample messages, forms, booking flows, CRM stages, or process documents. Only the access necessary for the agreed scope will be requested, and the exact requirements will be confirmed before work begins.
You can use the recommendations internally, take them to another specialist, or discuss separately scoped implementation support with me. The Diagnostic is designed to be useful even if we do not continue into a build.
